The HDDA and HDDC toolboxes
Participant : Stéphane Girard.
Joint work with: Charles Bouveyron (Université Paris 1) and Gilles Celeux (Select, INRIA). The High-Dimensional Discriminant Analysis (HDDA) and the High-Dimensional Data Clustering (HDDC) toolboxes contain respectively efficient supervised and unsupervised classifiers for high-dimensional data. These classifiers are based on Gaussian models adapted for high-dimensional data [53] . The HDDA and HDDC toolboxes are available for Matlab and are included into the software MixMod [52] . Recently, a R package has been developped and integrated in The Comprehensive R Archive Network (CRAN). It can be downloaded at the following URL: http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/HDclassif/ .
